Interaction of public administration bodies and civil society: a client-centered approach

The authors reveal current trends in the digital transformation of state and municipal government. The results of sociological surveys on the satisfaction of the population with the activities of local governments of the Leningrad region and the assessment of the effectiveness of municipal authorities are presented. It isconcluded that there is a weak correlation between these indicators. An updated list of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of local government activities by the population with in the framework of the client-centric approach is proposed.
