Interaction of public authorities in order to ensure the legality of municipal law-making

The article is devoted to the interaction of public authorities in order to ensure the legality of municipal law-making. We have are identified central and local authorities, which carry out a single function of public power - control over the legality of municipal regulations. The article touches upon the issues of the authorities competence, analyzes the concept of “interaction”. It also presents subordinated and collaborating types of interaction between the authorities of public control over the legality of municipal enactments, forms of these types of interaction. We give examples of interaction between the public authorities to ensure the legality of laws and regulations of the particular municipalities of the Republic of Buryatia.
