Interaction of regional authorities with students who study outside the region ((using the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

In the context of a shortage of higher education institutions in small towns and settlements, the issue of interregional migration among youth has become increasingly relevant. One significant consequence of this phenomenon is the irreversible outflow of young and ambitious individuals to larger cities, which results in a loss of valuable human resources for the regions, hindering their development and prosperity. This article is dedicated to analyzing the interaction between regional authorities and students from the region who are studying outside their home areas, using the Republic of Bashkortostan as an example.
