Interaction with the families of pupils and its relation to the formation of corporate culture

The formation of the corporate culture of the preschool department of the State Educational Institution “Academic Gymnasium No. 56” of St. Petersburg takes place in close relationship with the parents of the pupils. The article determines the direct relation between the choice of parents of a preschool educational institution and the level of its corporate culture; the content characteristics of the components of corporate culture adopted and approved by the teaching staff of the Gymnasium and the parents of the pupils are given. The principles of effective interaction of teachers with parents based on cooperation, co-creation, partnership, organization of subject advisory assistance to the family of pupils, support for the initiative of the child are highlighted preschool age and its parents; the description of traditional holidays organized and held jointly with the parents of preschool children is given.
