Interaction of the investigator with the commission on juvenile affairs: new technologies for collecting information about the accused

The article considers additional methods of obtaining information about the accused from the commission on juvenile affairs by the investigator in relation to the traditional methods. The regional investigative practice is analyzed. Taking into account the status of the commission on juvenile affairs as the coordinator of the activities of bodies and institutions of the system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency, an additional technology is proposed for the investigator to collect information on criminal cases on juvenile crimes by sending a request to the commission for a comprehensive report on the accused minor.
