Ways of courts and local state administrations interaction in Ukraine

The paper suggests a conclusion that there is an urgent need to explore ways to optimize interaction between courts and executive bodies of national and local levels for the proper separation of powers between the local executive power and the judicial branch of power. Also the attention is focused on the distinction between judge activities of justice and judges activities of the administrator.
