Interaction of customs authorities with other administrative bodies to ensure compliance with currency legislation

In order to solve the problems of customs, the customs authorities of the Russian Federation interact with other administrative bodies. Currently, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation carries out the functions of development and implementation of state policy and legal regulation in the field of customs. Customs authorities under the leadership of the FCS of Russia carry out joint inspections with the FTS of Russia on compliance by participants of foreign economic activity with the currency legislation.
