Inter-relation among the participants of scientific and technical complex of the region

Conceptual propositions for formation of the mechanism for interrelation of entities of scientific and technical development of the region are offered in the article. Methodological and methodical items of regional innovation activity are treated. Demands, principles and propositions for establishing organisational and economic mechanism for innovations management are established; scientific and practical materials of foreign and domestic specialists in the sphere of scientific and technical developments are generalised.
