The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of interaction between the management team and functional specialists in certain areas of activity in the field of network marketing. The author realizes the analysis of the current state of personnel policy and level management in the context of network marketing. Based on the review, a conclusion was drawn regarding the role of effective communications between the manager and performers in multi-level marketing.
