The article understands the concept and substance of corporate culture, its most significant elements and ways of formation. The authors analyzes the modern mechanisms of interaction between authority and business in the areas of the formation corporate culture in the company. It is a particularly important, in the authoress’s view, participation of representatives from the corporate in various councils at Ministries and departments, in announcing competitions of socially significant business projects, training of employees of companies on seminars organizing with assistance of profile structural divisions of authorities, training, webinars.
