Interaction of customs authorities with participants of foreign economic activity

In the article the problems of interaction of customs authorities with participants in foreign economic activities (FEA) that do not fully meet the standards of modern requirements of efficient conduct of international trade. The high level economic costs of domestic importers and exporters, in the conduct of foreign trade, has a negative impact on the economy of the country and deprived it of a number of competitive advantages in the international market, the main of which is the low end cost of imported (exported) goods. After the accession of the Russian Federation to the world trade organization (WTO), development of the Customs Union and development of the project of the common economic space, increasing the risk of reduction of volumes of international trade, with the use of domestic importers and exporters of the existing mechanisms of interaction with customs authorities. The combination of these factors has a negative impact on the efficiency of the domestic economy and hampers its development.
