Research of an osteal tissue and enamel of teeth is conducted in dysplasia of a connective tissue in comparison with patients without it. It is established that collagen configuration in dysplasia of a connective tissue means presence of cavities between fibers which reduce the quantitative maintenance of a mineral matrix in a bone. In an enamel of teeth also it becomes perceptible disturbances of packing of enamel columns. The specified facts can be used, as a basis for diagnostics of a dysplasia of a connective tissue.
