Inter-relations between federal power and states in decisions of Supreme Court of the USA in the end of the XVIII - XIX centuries

On the basis of the decisions of the Supreme Court of the USA in the end of XVIII—XIX centuries the process of formation inter-relations between of federal power and states on the basis of federalism is analysed in the article.
