The new agent - iodine-furosemide, which was originated from the well-known diuretic sample - furosemide shows more diuretic and saluretic activity in the experiments with rats with experimental ions. We can suppose that both combinations work with one type of target protein in renal tubules and show identical mechanism of diuretic activity, which distinguishes in quantity. The theoretic analysis, which was conducted, shows that due to modification of electronic and spatial molecule's structure did not experience significant changes. The experimental researches of adsorption allow supposing, that the increase of biology activity of iodine-furosemide, in comparison with furosemide may be connected with the increase of surfase activity. In its turn, this activity was caused by the increase of hydropathy of molecule through the introduction of volume iodine substitution.
