The article presents the results of analyzing the effect of junior commanders' aggression on personalities and conduct of the cadets of a military institute of the internal law enforcement troops of the Russian Interior. A conclusion is made regarding the necessity of selection, correction, and training of sergeants in the field of constructive use of aggressive energy while performing professional duties.
