Aim. The paper aims to learn more about a range of cardiovascular parameters in athletes with immunodeficiency. Materials and methods. The study involved 85 elite athletes ages 21-24 who participated mainly in endurance training. Their immune status was assessed by CD3+ and CD4+ cells by indirect immunofluorescence using monoclonal antibodies, IgG, IgA, and IgM concentrations by Mancini immunodiffusion, and CIC assessment by spectroscopy. Central hemodynamics were assessed and included the integral rheogram of the body and its automated processing with KFS-01 003 “Kardiometer-MT”. Results. Impedance measurements, bicycle ergometry, and echocardiography in athletes with immunodeficiency showed irrational adaptation of the circulatory system to physical activity. A less efficient circulatory performance at rest and the formation of a hyperkinetic type of blood circulation were observed. The adaptation of the cardiovascular system to exercise was associated with the chronotropic function of the heart, myocardial hypertrophy, and the development of diastolic dysfunction. Conclusion. Changes in the cardiovascular and immune systems may be a manifestation of the overtraining syndrome.
