This article examines the issues of the relationship between individual and typical personality traits and the attitude to the value of "own health" of medical personnel. A theoretical analysis of the concepts is carried out: the value of "one's own health", individual and typical features based on the works of domestic and foreign researchers. The results of the study are the identification of individual typical personality traits that form a careful attitude to the value of "own health" of medical personnel, namely: personality traits, behavior style and level of emotional intelligence.
