Chronic coronary heart disease and hypertension are still the most common cardiovascular diseases in most countries of the world. It is known that obesity is recognized as one of the most important medical and social problems. According to a multicenter observational study in the Russian Federation involving 25,224 people aged 25-64, the prevalence in the population was 29.7 %%. It is noted that the frequency of overweight and obesity in the world has increased by almost 30-50 %. In addition, obesity is considered a major risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. Increased body weight and obesity determine the development of up to 17-23% of cases of IHD and hypertension. Ultimately, OJ leads to a 4-fold increase in the risk of cardiovascular mortality. Based on the above, we can conclude that the issue of analyzing clinical data of patients with coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension and concomitant obesity has not been fully studied and needs more detailed coverage. Purpose of the work. To study the relationship of clinical characteristics and indicators of myocardial remodeling in patients with coronary heart disease, arterial hypertension and concomitant obesity.
