Interrelation between motorial activity and state of sportsmen on the precontest stage as a base of management of training in kyokushinkai karate-do

In this article we will set quantitative interrelations between motorial activity on the precontest stage of preparation of sportsmen in Kyokushinkai karate-do and its effect with the purpose of increasing of the efficiency of managing a training process. The approaches giving an opportunity to watch the dynamics of the development of basic physical abilities of a sportsman on the different stages of preparation according to the objective indexes are presented. The experimental check of the presented method was conducted in the conditions of a pedagogical experiment with the participation of 14-17-year-old sportsmen and the representatives of a young people groups - juniors.
