Relationship between sustainability and banking risk

The study is aimed at studying the degree of influence of the sustainability of companies' activities on the risks of banks and the financial system as a whole. An assessment was made of the Bank's effectiveness in controlling the risk of default in interacting with sustainable development. The author has adapted the model (SRISK) to assess banking risks and the impact of sustainable development on mitigating these risks.
