The article presents the results of a research of interrelation of moral and ethical responsibility with symptoms of emotional burnout at health workers. During the research it was established that the most dominating indicator of moral and ethical responsibility of nurses are the “Altruistic emotions” including such feelings as empathy, love, sensitivity, virtue, a debt. Studying of emotional burnout showed that at most of examinees (more than 50 %) the phase “Rezistention” was in evidence and symptoms “Inadequate selective emotional reaction” and “A reduction of professional duties” are the most expressed in this phase. The phases “Strain” and “Attrition” was not in evidence at most of the nurses participated in a research. The correlation analysis of emotional burnout symptoms and moral and ethical responsibility indicators allowed establishing existence of strong negative connections. It was established that the increase in the emotional burnout symptoms causes a decrease in moral and ethical responsibility of medical workers.
