Article represents the expert importance of an all round estimation of kidney damages morphology which will allow the researcher to highlight specific features of the trauma biomechanism. In article is the list of damage features of the organ subject to the description, necessary for understanding of the biomechanism. The description volume is based on the data of the analysis of archival materials of department of examination of corpses, and also experimental data received from biomodelling of damages of kidneys under traumatic influences in a projection of an arrangement of given body by firm blunt subjects with the limited surface of impact
