Given the dynamic nature of entrepreneurship and the diversity of approaches to human resource management, this article draws attention to how different forms of organizational structures can influence the selection and implementation of human resource management strategies. The results of the study highlight the importance of the interaction between company structure and human resource management strategies to achieve efficiency and sustainability in a dynamic business environment.
