Relationship of the entrepreneurial environment and national economic security

The article presents the results of a study of the influence of entrepreneurial environment on the level of national economic security. The interdependence of these categories is substantiated, because the development of small and medium-sized businesses enhances economic security, primarily at the regional level. Based on this, the author's vision of the directions for the development of the entrepreneurial environment is presented in terms of stimulating entrepreneurial initiatives of the population andfinding a reasonable combination of state and market regulation instruments to ensure economic growth and economic security. At the same time, the state's efforts are concentrated on institutional support for citizens' interest in creating their own business, while market regulators provide stimulation for the development of existing business structures. The current state of the Russian economy, determined mainly by external influences, including the influence of negative non-economic factors, actualizes the solution of problems in the field of economic security. In this regard, the authors made a number of applied conclusions and formulated conceptual directions for the development of the entrepreneurial environment, the implementation of which will help increase the level of national economic security including the Russian regions and the country as a whole.
