Relationship of design and logistic approaches to management

Currently, the positioning of project activities in an independent management industry is associated with the intensification of changes in the economy associated with increased competition and requiring quick reaction of companies. The mobility of the parameters of the business environment is an additional important factor determining the urgency of developing fundamentally new approaches to managing the company. Traditional management approaches justify themselves only in a stable environment with constant functions. Therefore, the need for flexible organizational structures that provide a quick response to change is increasing. The approaches considered in the article are widespread in almost all areas of society. The author revealed the interconnection of the project and logistic approaches, which allowed us to determine the possible mutual borrowing and application of tools and management techniques.
