The relationship between spatial development of the Russian Federation, territorial planning and the process of real estate valuation

The article reveals the concept of spatial development of the Russian Federation as a form of strategic planning of socio-economic development and the basis for territorial planning. The author describes the relationship between spatial development, territorial planning and determining the value of real estate. The role of spatial information in information support for real estate valuation is indicated, the development of the state information system of urban development activities and the prospects for using this resource's data to improve the reliability, validity and completeness of the value study of real estate are noted.
