The relationship between regional economic development and arbitration management

The article is devoted to determining the mutual relationship between sustainable regional economic development and the organization of arbitration management in the Russian Federation. The approaches to understanding the aspects of regional economic development through the prism of enterprise bankruptcy and restoring their solvency based on the mechanism of arbitration management are defined. The author conducted a study of various approaches to understanding the essence of enterprise bankruptcy and arbitration management, their relationship with the successful development of regional economic systems. The reasons that disrupt the processes of sustainable regional development in modern conditions are determined. The author’s approaches to defining bankruptcy and arbitration management are formulated. The advantages and negative aspects of insolvency (bankruptcy) of enterprises in market conditions are highlighted. It is established that in order to identify the facts of hidden, fictitious and deliberate bankruptcy of business entities and develop proposals to prevent this process, regional authorities use the possibilities of arbitration management, which allows correctly and reasonably establishing the fact of bankruptcy and its causes. It is concluded that arbitration management is a special form of management activity, which is associated with the need to resolve organizational, economic and legal issues in connection with the fact of insolvency of an economic entity, as well as resolving problems of observing the rights of creditors and owners of the enterprise regarding the disposal of property and ensuring their legitimate interests in the bankruptcy process using various procedures. At the same time, the goal of arbitration management in a broad sense from the standpoint of scaling up to the level of regional development is to stabilize the economic situation and ensure sustainable development of the regional economy.
