The article presents a classification of quality management methods. Any organization has development potentials: synergies, syncretics and entropics. The means of implementing of quality management methods may have multidirectional development potentials. The vector of organization development depends on the ratio of potentials. Management of organizational potentials is a new direction in modern management.
