Interrelation of human resource management types in modern economic systems of Russian regions

The functioning of modern economic systems is the activity of various enterprises and industrial complexes in accordance with the sectoral structure of the economy of the regions of Russia. One of the key factors of this activity is the use of the relationship between the types of human resource management, which is determined in the framework of the strategies for the socio-economic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (regions) in 2030, which are part of the Southern macro-region. As examples of the named use of interrelated types of human resource management, the authors consider the strategies for the socio-economic development of the Volgograd region and the Krasnodar region. The purpose of the study is to determine the nature of the relationship and combination of various types of human resource management in the activities of enterprises and industrial complexes of the region to ensure the optimal level of productivity of their activities. The objectives of the study are: to determine the key features of modern regional economic systems that use human resources; analysis of the main types of human resource management; consideration of strategies and types of human resource management in accordance with certain economic objectives; revealing the nature of the relationship between the specifics of regional production complexes and types of human resource management. The authors found that various types and means of management in regional production complexes are interdependent on the basis of economic and sectoral interaction and common features in the process of regulating the activities of employees. Thus, it is necessary to form a consolidated multi-aspect system for the management of human resources based on the use of advanced electronic digital tools to ensure inter-organizational communications on the issues of advanced training and retraining of employees. The specificity of the relevant types of human resource management is one of the key factors in improving the efficiency of regional economic systems, which allows them to perform their production functions as productively as possible.
