The article is dedicated to the identification and study of the relationship of anxiety and adaptability of students to university studies. The methods of studying anxiety and adaptability of students in high school are considered. The results of the level of anxiety and the level of adaptability of students. With the help of a statistical method, the relationship between anxiety and students' adaptability to university studies was revealed.
