Correlation between career satisfaction and personal-professional development in the career dynamics

The article formulates and rationales the hypothesis of correlation between the career satisfaction and the personal and professional development. The author has analyzed a number of studies covering different approaches to the personal development in the process of professional growth. The conducted analytical review includes domestic and Western approaches to the analysis of career development dynamics and reveals their possible relationship.
