Correlation of teachers’ internal personal resources and satisfaction with the quality of life

The article considers results of the research dealing with the internal personal resources of teachers. It is suggested that subjective assessment of life quality and life satisfaction affect teachers’ way of communication with children and determine behaviour of a teacher. It has been found that the teachers mainly use such coping strategies, as "search for social support" and "distancing". The authors establish the correlation of teachers’ value system, modes of coping behaviour, type of self-concept, and styles of behaviour self-regulation with their satisfaction with the quality of life.
