The relationship between age and stress of a police officer’s personality: in the context of foreign thought (part 3)

The article presents an analysis of the dependence of age-related indicators of a personality and its response to various stressors that have a decisive impact on the indicators of physical and emotional health of a representative of any professional community, including a police officer. Revealing the variety of conclusions and assessments in relation to the noted subject field of research, the author focuses on the need to take into account the provisions of a number of scientific papers, in terms of recognizing the existence of a direct link between a person's age and his ability to emotional experiences and physiological changes caused by the effects of a set of stressors. According to the author, the above is relevant for conducting more in-depth research in relation to the activities of various categories of police officers, including their age.
