Introduction. The relevance of studying mental states of police officers carrying out post-penitentiary crime control is determined by urgent necessity of preventing risks and threats imposed to police officers’ security, arising from recidivism environment, and by the social significance of providing security to citizens living in the areas with high density of correctional facilities. The objective is to analyze resilience, anxiety level and typological features of the nervous system of police officers carrying out post-penitentiary crime control in the areas with diverse criminogenic specifics.
