Weighed probability estimation of the business process based on the formal description of Markov chains

The approach to the estimation of cost and time parameters on the basis of the business - process formal model and the collected statistics is offered. Two approaches for weighed estimation of the business process are offered: on the basis of the total time probabilities of the process period in the prescribed state and on the basis of the average number of the process periods in these conditions state. The received estimations can be applied for comparison of business process performance at procedure implementation and at consequences of business - process improvement estimation.
