Recovery of alimony from mobilized citizens in enforcement proceedings

In this study, close attention is paid to the legal protection of the interests of socially vulnerable segments of the population. Alimony obligations are one of the protection tools. The article presents the problem of monetary circulation of alimony obligations from the mobilized population by court decision, and also developed an algorithm for collecting alimony from mobilized citizens. This algorithm helps to regulate the relationship between the claimant and the debtor in enforcement proceedings.
