Recovery of financial means from the compensation fund of a self-regulatory organization of appraisers

The author analyzes the jurisprudence in disputes on the recovery of funds from the compensation fund of a self-regulatory organization (SRO) of appraisers. He presents his vision of possible prospects for resolving such disputes. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, he identifies the main reasons for the impossibility (difficulty) of resisting the collection of funds from the compensation fund of SRO appraisers. Proposes to amend the Valuation Law to help address this issue.
