Yod tanqisligi sharoitida yashayotgan bolalar va oʻsmirlarda qalqonsimon bezning morfologik xususiyatlari

Bolalardagi qalqonsimon bez (QB) kasalliklari endokrinologiyaning eng muhim muammosi hisoblanadi. Oʻzbekistonda bolalardagi gipertireoz boʻyicha tadqiqotlar oʻtkazilmagan. Maqsad: tireotoksikoz boʻlgan bolalar va oʻsmirlarda QB xususiyatlari va morfologik tuzilishini aniqlash. Material va usullar: gipertireozi bor boʻlgan 213 ta bola va oʻsmirda umumiy klinik, biokimyoviy, immunologik, instrumental va statistik tadqiqot usullari bilan foydalangan. Natijalar: Greyvs kasalligi (GK) boʻlgan bolalar guruhida 95% hollarda 2 darajali buqoq tashxisi qoʻyilgan, oʻrtacha tireotoksikoz ustunlik qilgan (80%), 20,7% tugunli/koʻp tugunli buqoq, 3,3% ida qalqonsimon bezning differensial saratoni (QBS) aniqlangan. Xulosa: Yod tanqisligi sharoitida yuvenil gipertireoz hollarda 3,3% bolalar va oʻsmirlarda GK differensial QBS bilan birga keladi.
