The purpose of the study is to compare the phenological, biometric, grain quality indicators of 60 varieties of soft wheat and determine the dependence of these indicators on the amount of iron in the grain. Assumption of iron in different growth phases of wheat, accumulation of atomic iron in plant tissues, especially in endosperm.
