The analysis shows that the transformations of capitalist production relations of recent times continue the process of socialization of the means of production, although this is still not enough to overcome the dominance of capital. The author proves that the process of socialization takes place in various forms due to the complexity of socio-economic relations and is reflected in technological changes directly in the means of production and indirectly in organizational and legal changes. The paper provides a practical example of how changes in technology and organizational and legal changes allow us to go beyond the limits of capitalist relations. Hence, it is concluded that if we strictly follow the definition of the future society that develops within capitalism, then the current state of social relations is far from the final transition to a new socio-economic formation.
