The backstage of Gaddafi's overthrow: is the game worth the candle?

The article is the review of the monograph «Toppling Qaddafi. Libya and the limits of liberal intervention», published in 2014, written by the Johns Hopkins University's professor Christopher Chivvis. The effect of the NATO intervention in Libya to the regional security is examined. Also the article provides advantages and disadvantages of the book under review.
