Transbaikal State University: from the faculty to the university (1960 - 2000)

The article is devoted to the history of the formation and development of the Transbaikal State University (TSU) in Chita: from creating the General Technical Faculty of Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute in 1966 to its reorganization into a university in 2011. Kulagin Y.V., the first Rector of the Chita Polytechnic Institute, all faculty members and students played an important role in the creation of the material and technical base, the establishment and improvement of the teaching staff, education and research activities of the university.
