Zakaykalsky krai: personnel policy in a depressive region

This article discusses the status and characteristics of the implementation of the state personnel policy in the Zabaykalsky krai. The analysis of the personnel potential of the region showed that the shortage of qualified personnel in the region is acute, which negatively affects the development of leading sectors of the economy. The region’s withdrawal from depressive states is possible by developing a real and clear strategy for its socio-economic development and conducting a flexible regional personnel policy adapted to this strategy.
