Wounded care in the provinces of the Middle Volga region during the First World War (Simbirsk, Kazan and Samara provinces)

The materials, many of which are introduced in the scientific and historical turnover for the first time, reveal the activity of the middle Volga military and medical institutions and their staff on the wounded care of soldiers in the rear hospitals. The authors pay attention to public work on the wounded support, and show the public attitudes which were greatly influenced by the wounded soldiers.
