Problems of social security in increase of efficiency of service

In article questions of social protection in a services sector, in particular the right for social security in old age, in case of disability, and also loss of the supporter and in others, the cases provided by the law are considered by the author. The analysis of a constitutional right is provided in the country and modern system of her realization. The author consistently gives the main problems connected with practical realization of the right for social protection of citizens and comes to a conclusion about need of their decision through the simplest forms and methods. Not only the quantity or volume of the social sphere becomes object of consideration, but also efficiency as the main criterion of an assessment of social security of citizens. In the conclusion the author comes to a conclusion that it is necessary to take appropriate measures for expansion and development of quality of modern hi-tech obsluzhivaniye, improvement and full support in the sphere of social security by preparation, retraining and professional development of shots.
