Atmospheric pollution: some issues of difference from offenses and other crimes

The article is devoted to such an urgent problem in the modern world as air pollution. This article discusses the issue of distinguishing between criminal pollution of the atmosphere from offenses and other elements of crime. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that one of the solutions to the problem of delimiting the elements of a crime can be the establishment of clear criteria and standards that law enforcement agencies should be guided by when qualifying.
