Concernment in cases of recognition of a citizen as missing (deceased)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the term "the concerned person" in the context of considering cases on recognizing a citizen as missing or declaring him deceased. Analyzing the judicial practice, the author identifies a circle of the concerned persons in the sense of the Article 276 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, points to the revealed shortcomings in the law enforcement of this article by courts of general jurisdiction.
