Concerned parties in administrative procedure of the People's Republic of China

This article considers the institution of third parties participation in administrative proceedings in the People's Republic of China. In Chinese law literature there is a general concept of the third party of administrative procedure. In order to participate as a third party in administrative proceedings in China it is required to have a legal interest, which may be specified in the administrative agreement, and by adjudication results.
