Within the framework of this article, the author examines the issues of consideration by the Federal Antimonopoly service of the Russian Federation of applications for unfair competition due to the use of a trademark. Based on the analysis of law enforcement activity, the author examines the significance of the legal consequences of the alleged unfair competition.
