This article delineates the fundamental types of tempering, encompassing contrast showers, cold water pouring, outdoor walks, and cold - water swimming. The choice of a specific method depends on individual preferences and health status. The primary principle is gradual load increase. Systematic tempering leads to immune system fortification, enhanced blood circulation, and heightened vitality.
